Moving to a new city can be exhilarating and challenging at the same time. In order to make the move/relocation a positive experience, its important that you have an opportunity to tour the new area prior to the move. People/Families who take the time to learn about the new location prior to the relocation will feel more comfortable, and possibly excited, about the relocation. 

Whether you are moving within Canada or from the U.S. or abroad,  I will take you on an area tour prior to the relocation. The goal of the orientation tour is to give you and your family a basic familiarity with the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Typically, you will learn about shopping & restaurant areas, medical facilities, nightlife, schools and more. In order to ensure that you see everything, we recommend you take the time to let me know what's important to you and but  typically area tours generally include the following:

• Neighbourhoods
• Parks
• Museums
• Leisure activities
• Public transportation facilities
• Shopping, grocery and specialty markets
• Major Sporting Arenas/Fields - Jets, Bombers, Goldeyes

Every person/family is going to have different needs at their new location. I will be happy to tailor area tours to meet specific criteria upon request. It is always my goal is to ensure that everybody learns as much as possible about their new location so that they feel empowered and comfortable in their new home.
